Amateur Kalakaar,

Sometimes, we start something as a hobby, simply because we have fun in doing certain things. But at times, these very things can influence our life and take it down a different, yet surprisingly successful path.

I used to adore all forms of hand made crafts from a very young age. This gradually brought out my passion for working with colors from painting to creating decor pieces from recycled products. In time, I started making much more intricate products but this was just a hobby or a form to center myself back then.

Fast forward to 2017, I completed my PG in MCA and joined IT. This continued for almost 2 years, whenever I had free time I always gravitated towards art for shifting my mindset from IT and to let my creativity flow into Paintings, weaving intricate patterns of dreamcatchers , Quilling or working with Resin Art.

During this period I started AmateurKalakaar, Amateur Kalakaar provided a path for me to do what I love since my childhood. Soon I had to choose between working in IT or turning into a full time entrepreneur. With the solid support from my family and my husband, I decided to invest all my time and efforts in to AmateurKalakaar.

I have to say this was one of the best decisions I have made till now and haven’t turned back since.
