All products are shipped within 7-10 working days depending on the order type, quantity and customization required. Orders within Bengaluru will be delivered within 3-5 working days and all other orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days after shipping.

Returns and Refunds

We do not have a policy for returns or exchange due to the nature of the products. However, we will try our best to replicate your order with the same customization as previous order.

To be eligible for the replacement, Amateur Kalakaar should be notified by mail along with photo’s of damage.

Refunds are issued when your product is eligible based on the damage, If accepted for refund, You will be notified of the same on your mail. The refund is issued once the the defective product is received by Amateur Kalakaar.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Please Note – All the products in your order will be shipped together in one shipment and working days do not include the weekend + public holidays.

Shipping Charges : Free shipping within India.

Cancellation Policy : An order is eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of it being placed, subject to it not being dispatched yet or not started working on it. The amount will be refunded within 24 hours.

Cash On Delivery : Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment.


Payments can be made with Paytm, Google Pay, Phone Pay, Razorpay.

Additional Information

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds if eligible are processed into the same account from where the payment is made.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
